Shipping

All our products are shipped using a secure, tracked shipping method, dispatched from our fulfillment partners in Germany or France. We currently ship exclusively within Germany.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates.

Order cancellations or changes are not possible once an order has been placed, so please review your order carefully at checkout.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping: estimated delivery time of 4 to 5 business days.

Insured Express Shipping: available for a fee of 4.95, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.

Both options include tracking so you can monitor your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

 

Processing and Delivery

We ship on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on the weekend are processed on the next business day. During periods of exceptionally high order volume, such as sales or promotional periods, processing and shipping times may take slightly longer than usual.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please email us at info@harleysaga.com within 5 business days of delivery, along with photos of the damage, so we can assist you further.
