Section 10. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship exclusively within Germany, with orders dispatched from our fulfillment partners in Germany or France.
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Free Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 5 business days.
Insured Express Shipping, available for a fee of 4.95, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. While we work to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances outside our control, such as customs processing or extreme weather.
Section 11. Taxes and Duties
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable value added tax unless stated otherwise. Since orders are shipped within Germany, and any orders dispatched from France remain within the European Union, no additional import duties should apply under normal circumstances. Should any additional charges arise, the customer is responsible for these. We recommend contacting your local customs office beforehand if you have questions about potential charges.
